    I will be sending you an intake form that must be completed at least one week before our consultation. Additionally, I will provide a list of recommended blood tests to be done in advance to ensure we maximise our time together. Keeping a food journal or making notes on your symptoms can also be beneficial in making the session as effective as possible.

    If you require ongoing support, additional consultations or a more structured program may be available. We can discuss follow-up options tailored to your needs after your initial session.
